White Chocolate Hot Cocoa
8 ounces white chocolate chips
1 cup half-and-half
3 cups GALLIKER'S Vanilla Ice Cream Mix
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine white chocolate chips and half-and-half in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in Ice Cream Mix and vanilla extract until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes more. Pour into 4 mugs and serve with whipped cream or Marshmallow Ice Cream Topping. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips
Chocolate Hot Cocoa
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup white sugar
1 pinch of salt
⅓ cup boiling water
3 ½ cups GALLIKER'S Chocolate Ice Cream Mix
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup half-and-half cream
Directions:
Combine the cocoa, sugar and pinch of salt in a large saucepan. Add the boiling water while blending with a whisk. Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir. Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes. Be careful it doesn't scorch. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of Ice Cream Mix and heat until very hot. Do not boil! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Top off the mugs with Half-and-half cream. Serve with whipped cream or Marshmallow Ice Cream Topping. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
